My mission is to offer accessible yoga to those experiencing physical challenges with their bodies and seeking a practice especially designed for their needs. Learning how to move the body with the breath supports calming the mind and finding peace within.
Janis offers yoga classes that include Accessible/Adaptive Yoga, Chair Yoga and Therapeutic Yoga. Janis also is available for custom classes and privates. She has been trained in Trauma Informed Yoga.
